Coasters are great for enhancing your glasses and preventing water rings on your table.
This time, we're introducing our original leather coasters.
Incidentally, these coasters have a connection to the origin of our shop name, "TSUCHI-YA." The leather used is the same as that used for making randoseru (school bags) at Tsuchiya Kaban Manufacturing. This coaster is reborn from offcuts that inevitably arise during the randoseru manufacturing process, giving them a new form.
There are 12 color variations. Each color has a different leather texture, making it fun to choose. The shape is a hexagon, which is also used for our cut glass and water bottles. The design is easy to match with various glasses.
For heat-resistant glasses with an attractive white snowflake pattern, we recommend pairing them with a deep green coaster. The delicate crack patterns within the glass will appear even more vivid.
Leather Coaster Hexagon (Ivy Green) ¥1,980
Kosei Aoki [Heat-resistant] Snowflake Rock Glass ¥7,700
The pistachio color is perfect for our Mint-footed glass. You can enjoy matching them like choosing clothes, whether intentionally pairing them with footed glasses or combining glass and coaster colors.
And not just for glasses, placing them under a small single-stem vase can create a slightly special corner in your room.
Leather Coaster Hexagon (Pistachio) ¥1,980
Yuichi Yamazaki Mint-Footed Beer Glass ¥5,500
When a single glass or vase feels a bit lacking, adding a coaster can transform it into a gift that inspires imagination of its use. Please enjoy various combinations.
