Purchases made at the Asakusa Kappabashi main store can be tax-free by bringing our receipt to the tax-free counter. Purchases made at other stores affiliated with Kappabashi Dogu-gai can be combined for a tax-free deduction. We will guide you through this process, so please ask the store staff for more information.

There is no limit on the number of people allowed in. However, as the store is small, you may have to wait before entering. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We do not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is a parking meter installed on Kappabashi Dogu-gai Street in front of the store, so please feel free to use it. However, parking meters are prepaid and only allow parking for 60 minutes. Non-payment of the fee and exceeding the time limit will be considered a parking violation. Please be careful.

The artists we handle and the stock available vary depending on the season. We will keep you updated on new arrivals, so please follow us on social media or sign up for our email newsletter .

Muromachi Glass Crafts, which handles Edo Kiriko and other products, and glassware from TSUCHI-YA are our original products. We also have products that are collaborations with artists and can only be purchased at our store.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. If you wish to have your item delivered and there is a defect in the product, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.

We deliver to anywhere in Japan. Please check with the store for packaging and shipping costs.

We are unable to ship products purchased in Japan overseas. Please note that we will be gradually opening an online store where you can purchase products from overseas.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company. All deliveries will be made by Yamato Transport.

We offer gift wrapping by TSUCHI-YA for a fee. You can choose the color of the ribbon. Kiriko products come with an original box or paulownia box, so they cannot be wrapped. However, we will provide a gift tag for those who wish to have it wrapped free of charge.
