Shimadzu Satsuma Kiriko

Production began in the mid-19th century under the order of Shimazu Nariakira, the 28th head of the Shimazu family.
Though it once ceased to exist due to various wars, it was restored approximately 100 years later.
It specializes in color gradation expressions called "bokashi" and aims for dignified designs that will be considered beautiful even 100 years from now.

It will be delivered in a special paulownia box.
