Kobayashi Glass Crafts is one of the Edo Kiriko workshops that has been in business for nearly 100 years. The third generation, Yoshiro Kobayashi, and the fourth generation, Kohei, currently run the workshop, and this glass was made by the third generation, Yoshiro Kobayashi. Yoshiro is an active figure in Japan's Edo Kiriko, having won an award at the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition organized by the Japan Crafts Association and having his work selected as a gift for former Russian President Gorbachev. Recommended for those who enjoy whiskey, shochu, and other drinks on the rocks. This item will enrich your time enjoying alcohol. The same design is also available in amber and blue. Please use it as a pair of glasses as a gift.

Started in 1908, the techniques are currently carried on by the third-generation owner, Tokuro, and the fourth-generation owner, Kohei. In addition to intricate and gorgeous all-over patterned pieces, they also produce jewelry and glass fabric using the original technique of "sagging cut glass."
