Starting March 1st (Wednesday),
TSUCHI-YA will hold its first special exhibition of glass jewelry.
Glass rings and ear cuffs by harunasugie will be on sale for a limited time!

"harunasugie"
@harunasugie
She skillfully creates lightweight and highly transparent glass jewelry using lampworking.
Her organic forms, inspired by body parts like SHIBOU (fat) and HIFU (skin), are like wearable objects.
She is expanding her activities, including creating artwork for the music video of singer-songwriter Cocco's (@coccoofficial) new song "As You Wish," released last November.

SHIBOU series
Created with "fat," a part of the human body, as its motif.
Fat is generally considered superfluous and ugly.
By expressing this in glass and wearing it as if arming oneself,
this series aims to free the wearer from societal values that are unconsciously wielded as "how things should be."

HIFU series
A series inspired by "skin," which separates the body from the outside world.
Skin is an organ that covers the body and prevents the entry of foreign substances.
However, the invisible human heart cannot be physically protected.
As skin to protect such a heart, thin glass jewelry is worn.
May the glass become the boundary between the outside world and one's heart, and a protector of the heart.

Made with borosilicate glass, a heat-resistant material used in scientific instruments.
It is not only highly durable but also boasts excellent transparency and is lightweight.
Despite its striking appearance, it can be worn lightly and comfortably.

The "Wearable Glass Exhibition" features rings and ear cuffs.
In addition to the beautiful transparent designs,
the rings come in a wide range of sizes from 8 to 18,
making them enjoyable for all genders.

The "Wearable Glass Exhibition" is TSUCHI-YA's first special exhibition of accessories.
The exhibition period has been extended until March 31 (Friday)!
Why not add some glass jewelry to your accessory collection?
