◾️How to complete your purchase

    1. On the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button.
    2. If you would like gift wrapping/gift wrapping, please add this to your cart.
      For more information about wrapping , please click here .
    3. Please check the products and quantities on the cart page.
    4. Please select your desired delivery date and time slot (Domestic only)
    5. Please select your shipping address. If this is your first time,
      Please select "Use a new address" and enter your address.
    6. Click "Proceed to selecting shipping method", check the details, and then click "Proceed to payment".
    7. Payment can only be made by credit card.
    8. To change your shipping address, please enter "Use a different billing address."

We will only accept returns if the product is damaged during delivery or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered.
Please note that cancellations are not possible.

For returns, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of arrival. We will arrange for a replacement item.

Packaging will vary depending on the type of product you purchase.

Wrapping is available at an extra cost per product.
You can choose from two ribbon colors (red and green).
