Colored Glass
Warm colored glassware
Glass Studio Maru in Yamaguchi Prefecture is popular for its lotus root glassware in our shop. When we visited the gallery near the studio, we were surprised by the variety of colors. We flew all the way to Yamaguchi to see lotus root glassware, and we never expected to find so many different styles of glassware. Among them, we chose a color that has a warm feel even in winter.
Metallic colored glass
In commemoration of our 6th anniversary, we have created a series called "Rock Glass" to commemorate our 6th anniversary. The metallic patterns are colored by changes in temperature and chemical reactions. We have a selection of flower vases that will make a statement in the corner of your room, and sake cups that will make you want to look at them from different angles.
A vessel resembling overlapping layers of earth
This is the Ori series, which features a pattern resembling geological strata. Maru and Yukari are husband and wife producers, and Yukari majored in biogeosciences at university. They use a unique method to weave colored glass in layers, so each pattern is truly one of a kind.
Pale marble-like glass
We have been collecting warm colors, but there was one color that really caught my eye. That color is the white Ori series. Among the current lineup of metallic and dark colors, the buyer personally wanted this one, so we added it. It has a marble-like elegance and its shape and size are so appealing that you will want to use it as a water cup every day.
