Maruyoshi Kosaka is a workshop located in Kiso-Hirasawa, a town renowned for its Kiso lacquerware situated along the old Nakasendo road. Young lacquer and wood craftsmen inherit traditional techniques while constantly considering the needs of contemporary users. They humbly and diligently continue to challenge themselves in their craft every day.
