Since each item is handmade by craftsmen, we are not able to mass-produce them. Therefore, there may be cases where multiple pieces of the same product cannot be purchased at the same time.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return a delivered item, please return it within one week of its arrival.
In case of our responsibility such as defects or shipping errors: the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
If the return is the customer's fault: The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
