The Japanese sake "Bisho" is a premium Junmai Daiginjo sake that is carefully brewed by hand.
TSUCHI-YA, which deals in cut glass and blown glass, has a desire to "spread the charm of Japan to the world."
This is made possible through the advanced technology of a long-established sake brewery.
When you put it in your mouth, you will taste an elegant aroma and a soft sweetness and umami.
It has a light, nostalgic accent when swallowed.
By pairing it with food, the lingering flavor of the sake will expand,
It enhances the flavor of the food.

The very rare "Association No. 1 Yeast" is a modern revival of yeast from the Meiji period.
Made using 100% Niigata Prefecture's sake rice "Echigo Kagura."
The water is natural water from the melting snow of the Nishiyama mountain range,
We use carefully selected materials.

The current head brewer of Kawachu Sake Brewery, which has been in business for nine generations since its founding in 1765, is Nomizu Toji.
A master craftsman who brings out the deliciousness and sweetness of rice while maintaining a clean and sharp finish.
We brew sake while incorporating young sensibilities into "the inheritance and development of tradition."

The Junmai Daiginjo sake is packed in a TSUCHI-YA water bottle.
The glass bottle, which will not disrupt the atmosphere of a dinner scene, is a custom-made deep blue-green color.
The hexagonal labels are applied one by one by a glass artist using the sandblasting technique.

After drinking the sake, you can peel off the sticker on the back of the bottle and
It is designed so that you can wash it and use it as a water bottle at the dinner table.
We hope that this bottle will enrich and color your dining table, whether as a drink with a meal or as a water bottle.

Our "Junmai Daiginjo│Bisho" won the Grand Prize at the 20th Glass Bottle Awards 2024 (Japan Glass Bottle Association).
