「水磨」是小坂美緒為了讓人們喝到美味、美麗的水而創作的新杯子。
這個名字的意思是“水車” “水車”
這個名字來自“windmill”，意思是風車。

他以「用氣泡包裹」為理念，創作出以氣泡細膩流動為特徵的作品。從宇辰山工藝工作室畢業後，他參加了國內外畫廊的個展和藝術博覽會。
