After graduating from the Department of Crafts, Tama Art University, majoring in glass, he worked as a maker and lecturer at a scientific glass equipment manufacturer before founding the atelier Drip a Drop.
He currently works primarily using burner art with borosilicate glass, and is based in his studio in Kanagawa.
