The Japanese sake "Bisho" is a premium Junmai Daiginjo sake that is carefully brewed by hand.
SUCHI-YA, which deals in cut glass and blown glass, has realized its desire to "share the charm of Japan with the world" through the advanced techniques of a long-established sake brewery.
The taste when you put it in your mouth is characterized by an elegant aroma, a soft sweetness and umami flavor, and a light, nostalgic accent when you swallow it.
When paired with food, the lingering umami flavor of the sake is enhanced, enhancing the taste of the food.

It is made using 100% "Association No. 1 Yeast," a very rare yeast from the Meiji era that has been revived in modern times, and "Echigo Kagura" sake rice from Niigata Prefecture.
The water used is natural water flowing from the melting snow of the Nishiyama mountain range and made with carefully selected ingredients.

Kawachu Sake Brewery has been in business for 9 generations since its founding in 1765. The current head brewer, Nomizu Toji, is a master at bringing out the umami and sweetness of rice while producing clean, crisp brews.
We brew sake while incorporating young sensibilities into "the inheritance and development of tradition."

The Junmai Daiginjo sake is packed in a TSUCHI-YA water bottle.
The glass bottle, which will not disrupt the atmosphere of a dinner scene, is a custom-made deep blue-green color.
The hexagonal labels are applied one by one by a glass artist using the sandblasting technique.

This bottle is designed so that after drinking the sake, you can peel off the sticker on the back, wash it, and use it as a water bottle at the dinner table.
We hope that this bottle will enrich your dining table as a drink to accompany your meal or as a water bottle.
